Curious to know if TRK kinases as the targets would evolve and resist this novel approach, I wanted to re-blog and get some views on this. This approval must be based on their inability to develop alternate pathways. Makes one hope that management of the inoperable glioblastoma multiforme is now within reach! That it targets four very active participants is exciting and scary. Is it often that such an approach could have long term effects?
